Florida Man Sites is a service of Fabean LLC. I’m Josh Fabean, the person who reads and responds to enquiries. This page explains how the website handles the information you send.

The details you send

The form asks for your name, email, business name, service area, and a description of what you need. You can also share your website, phone number, timing, and meeting preference.

I use those details to respond and discuss your website. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

How the form works

Accepted enquiries are saved in a private Google Sheet managed by Fabean LLC, along with the submission time and confirmation that you’ve seen the price and minimum term. An email containing your enquiry is sent to Josh so he can review it and respond. You won’t receive an automatic confirmation email.

The website’s hosting provider, email services, and Google process information needed to receive, store, and deliver your enquiry. Your details are not published on the website. The application does not include your message in its logs.

The form uses an extra field to help catch automated spam and temporarily counts submission attempts from a connection. That counter is held in server memory and expires after 15 minutes. Your message is not included in it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or application cookies. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs as part of operating the service.

Questions about your details

You can ask about information you’ve sent by replying to my email or using the enquiry form. Please don’t include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
