Make it easy to choose your business.

Before somebody calls, they want to know what you do, where you work, and whether you look like a business they can trust. Your website should help them decide.

Let’s talk about your website

Show the work you want more of.

Clear service descriptions and photos of your work help customers understand what you offer. We’ll put the useful details where people can find them on a phone.

Give them a next step.

Call the shop. Request an estimate. Book an appointment. We’ll make the right next step easy and connect a scheduling tool if you need one.

Keep the details current.

Changed your hours or added a service? Send me the details. You can also learn to make those edits yourself.

Built for the
next change.

Your website needs to work well on opening day, and still make sense a few years from now. Here’s what I build it with.

How your website works
Your contentDrupal

Your websiteAstro

Fast, readable pages

Out to your customersCloudflare

Delivered from a worldwide network

Easy to edit. Room to grow.

Your content lives in Drupal, an enterprise-level, open-source content management system used by universities, governments, and large organizations. You get an editor for everyday changes, with a foundation I can build on as your business grows.

Quick to load, wherever they find you.

Astro keeps the public pages lightweight. Cloudflare delivers them from its worldwide network, closer to your visitors. That helps customers reach your services and contact details quickly.

The upkeep is part of the service.

The Drupal side runs on Blue Drop Cloud. I handle the software updates and keep the editor and public website working together.

Your website guy

Josh Fabean
The person who builds your site
and answers your email.

I’ve spent years building and maintaining websites, often as lead developer. Florida Man Sites brings that experience to the small businesses around home.

You’ll work with me from the first conversation through launch and the updates afterward. I know how your site was built because I’m the one who built it.

If you’re nearby, we can meet in person.

From first email
to a live website.

The aim is one to two weeks once we’ve agreed the scope and your content is ready. I’ll confirm the timeline before we start.

  1. Tell me about the business.

Send a little about your business and your current website, if you have one. I’ll follow up by email to see if we’re a good fit.

  2. We get it ready to launch.

We’ll agree on the pages, content, and any booking tools. I design and build the site, and you review it before it goes live.

  3. You know who to email.

Once it’s live, I handle the website care. I’ll show you how to edit your content, and you can email me for changes.

Your website,
taken care of.

An enquiry starts a conversation.
You’re not signing up or paying here.

What’s included

  • Website design and development
  • Hosting and ongoing website maintenance
  • Content updates by email
  • A walkthrough of your content editor

We agree on the work first.

We’ll put the pages, integrations, and support arrangements in writing before work starts. Any outside subscription costs will be part of that conversation.

Your domain stays yours.

You own your domain and outside accounts. I retain ownership of the custom website code as part of the subscription. The underlying open-source software keeps its own licenses.

We’ll agree in writing on cancellation and content handoff arrangements before you sign up.

A few things
you might ask.

Something else on your mind?
Include it in your enquiry.

Can I keep my domain?

Yes. Your domain stays in your name and your account. I’ll help connect it to the new website. Your other business accounts stay yours, too.

Can I edit the website myself?

Yes. I’ll show you how to update your content in Drupal. If you’d rather email me the new hours, a service description, or a photo, that works too.

Can people book appointments through the site?

We can connect a suitable booking tool or your existing scheduling system. Tell me what you use so I can check what’s involved and any outside subscription costs before we start.

How soon can it go live?

The aim is one to two weeks once we’ve agreed the scope and I have your content and access. I’ll confirm a realistic timeline with you before the build begins.

What happens after six months?

The service continues month-to-month. We’ll put cancellation notice, what happens to the live site, and any content handoff arrangements in writing before you sign up. The custom website code remains mine.

Do I have to be in Palm Coast?

I’m starting with Palm Coast and nearby communities so meeting in person is an option. If you’re farther away, send me a note. We can work together over email and video.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

I’ll build a fast, readable site with clear services, locations, page titles, and structured information. Rankings and AI search recommendations depend on more than a website, so I don’t promise a particular position or number of leads.
